I rebuilt my life from the ground up - after years of being stuck, carrying deep emotional pain, and feeling completely disconnected from my purpose.
Through meditation, subconscious reprogramming, somatic healing, and identity work, I transformed my breakdowns into breakthroughs. That journey became the wisdom I now share.
Today, I help others break lifelong patterns, reclaim their power, and finally feel at home within themselves. With 12+ years of practice, a blend of ancestral wisdom and neuroscience-based techniques, and hundreds transformed, my mission is to guide you into your highest potential with clarity and ease.
